       Piles of boneless chicken thighs and Spanish chorizo are simmered in garlic, tomatoes, lemons and saffron-infused rice topped with a variety of seasonal vegetables.

       Tender boneless chicken thighs and Spanish chorizo simmered in garlic, tomatoes, lemons and saffron-infused rice, topped with New Zealand green-lipped mussels, shrimp, baby sea scallops and a variety of seasonal vegetables.

     

    Paella De Marisco  

    Fisherman's Paella


       A big catch of mouth-watering prawns, New Zealand green-lipped mussels, baby sea scallops and seasonal white fish simmered in saffron-infused rice, garlic, tomatoes, lemons topped with a variety of seasonal vegetables.

       A variety of fresh seasonal vegetables simmered into our flavorful saffron-infused rice, tomatoes, lemons and garlic.  


    SALAD

    Organic spring mix, praline pecans, fresh strawberries, feta cheese, all tossed with a light raspberry walnut vinaigrette dressing. 

     


    ARTISANAL BREAD

     Rosemary Sea salt artisan bread. All natural fresh rosemary. Baked fresh daily.

    Questions/Answers

    DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

      A $300.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date for your event is required. Final guest count and balance is due 1 week before the event.


    WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUEST REQUIRED?

      The minimum number of guests is 25 Monday through Thursday and 40 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 


    HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY PARTY?

      It really depends on how important the date is since we only book 1 event per day.


    WHERE DO YOU COOK THE PAELLA?

      All our cooking is done in the paella pans on site. We do not need a kitchen or electricity.  


    HOW DO YOU SERVE THE PAELLA?

      The paella is served buffet style. It takes about 2 hours to prepare and when it is done we turn off the heat and serve "yum yum."


    HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?

      We service the greater Phoenix and Palm Springs areas. Call for availability outside the area
