Piles of boneless chicken thighs with spanish chorizo and andouille sausage, browned and simmered with garlic, tomatoes, lemons, saffron-infused rice and a variety of veggies

 

 

Paella Verduras | Just Veggies


 A variety of fresh seasonal vegetables simmered into a flavorful feast with saffron-infused rice, tomatoes, onions, lemons, and garlic. 

 

Paella Mixta | Seafood with Chicken


Tender boneless chicken thighs simmered with onions, garlic, tomatoes, and saffron-infused rice, Topped with New Zealand green-lipped mussels, shrimp, baby sea scallops, white fish and a variety of  veggies


SALAD

Organic spring mix, praline pecans, strawberries, dried craisins, feta  cheese, all tossed with a roasted walnut vinaigrette dressing. 

 


ARTISANAL BREAD

Rosemary sea salt artisan bread. All natural fresh rosemary. Baked daily with No preservatives

WHAT IS THE COST FOR DINNER ?


Our dinner includes paella, salad, artisanal bread for $28 per person ( 25 person minimum ) not including local sales tax, gratuity/service fee of 18%


DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT ?


Yes. We require a 50% deposit before we can reserve the date for your event and we only take 1 booking per day


WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUEST REQUIRED ?


our minimum number of guest is 25 and if your group is less than 25 you will have left over paella which is not a bad thing. 


HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY PARTY ?

 It really depends on how important the date is since we only book 1 event per day


WHERE DO YOU COOK THE PAELLA ?


All our cooking is done in the paella pans on site. We do not need a kitchen or electricity.  


HOW DO YOU SERVE THE PAELLA ?


the paella is served buffet style. It takes about 2 hours to prepare and when it is done we turn off the heat and serve "yum yum"


HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL ?


we are located in the North Scottsdale and service the greater Phoenix area. and Palm Springs Outside the area or in another state travel fees can be discussed  prior to booking
