Piles of boneless chicken thighs and Spanish chorizo are simmered in garlic, tomatoes, lemons and saffron-infused rice topped with a variety of seasonal vegetables.
Tender boneless chicken thighs and Spanish chorizo simmered in garlic, tomatoes, lemons and saffron-infused rice, topped with New Zealand green-lipped mussels, shrimp, baby sea scallops and a variety of seasonal vegetables.
A big catch of mouth-watering prawns, wild caught ocean clams, New Zealand green-lipped mussels, baby sea scallops and seasonal white fish simmered in saffron-infused rice, garlic, tomatoes, lemons topped with a variety of seasonal vegetables.
A variety of fresh seasonal vegetables simmered into our flavorful saffron-infused rice, tomatoes, lemons and garlic.
Organic spring mix, praline pecans, fresh strawberries, feta cheese, all tossed with a light raspberry walnut vinaigrette dressing.
Rosemary Sea salt artisan bread. All natural fresh rosemary. Baked fresh daily.
Not included: local sales tax, gratuity / service charge of 18% or a possible travel fee.
Chef Mark created not just a meal for our party, but an experience! Each year we host our company’s holiday gathering at our home and this year I was looking to add something new. When we learned of Chef Mark’s Paella catering, I knew I had found that something. Our 50+ guests thoroughly enjoyed watching the preparation, smelling the wonderful aromas in anticipation, and finally, enjoying the delicious meal. We had plenty left-over for seconds. For me as the host, it was nice to have all of the food prep outside, and to have salad and bread included to make for a complete dinner. Moreover, Chef Mark was friendly and engaging, and did all of the set-up and clean-up. We look forward to inviting Chef Mark back into our home and we will continue to tell our friends about his great food and service.

A $300.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date for your event is required.
Final guest count and balance is due one (1) week before the event.
The minimum number of guests is: 40 person minimum or $1200.00
It really depends on how important the date is since we only book one (1) event per day.
All our cooking is done in the paella pans on site. We do not need a kitchen or electricity.
The paella is served buffet style. It takes about 2 hours to prepare and when it is done, we turn off the heat and we can start serving!
We service the greater Phoenix and Palm Springs areas.
